Forms and communications

Commissions
Buyers NEVER pay a commission to Monet Real Estate. The purchase price and terms are set by the developer.

Where required by law, property marketing/advertising is conducted under valid Trakheesi permits. Permit numbers are available on request.
Acceptable use and IP
Do not break the law or third-party rights; copy/scrape the Site without consent; upload malware; attempt unauthorised access; misrepresent identity; or send spam. Site content is owned by Monet Real Estate or licensors. Developer names/images/logos are trademarks of their owners and are used nominatively to describe projects. No rights/licences are granted unless stated in writing.
